Refund policy

NO REFUNDS - STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 7 DAYS! 

RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:


1. Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, soiled, or without clothing tags. Items must be in a condition suitable for resale. 

2. Merchandise must have all tags, including any hang tags attached.
Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned

*Non-returnable merchandise includes: Final sale products and accessories.

3. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of fragrances and smoke.

4. Customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to It's the Blue for Me.

5. Shipping fees are non-refundable.


To be eligible for a store credit, items must be unused and in the same condition that you received them. They must also be in the original packaging. We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Where items have been made or personalized for you, they are non-exchangeable unless defective. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.

If you need to exchange an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website, and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit and will process your refund (store credit) within seven business days after the returned item is confirmed to be in reasonable condition.

When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
